is a doctoral researcher at the Chair for Computational Modeling and Simulation at TUM. Her research focuses on developing numerical methods to predict the failure behavior of structures. Specifically, she works on the Finite Cell Method, an embedded domain method that allows the simulation of complex geometries. An important aspect is the integration in high-performance settings to facilitate the numerical simulation of large-scale, physical problems.
