The common understanding of research data management and the joint development of functional workflows is conveyed in regular Data Dialogues, and discussions are held on current topics of disciplinary research data management.

The central component of data management is a generally applicable policy. It stipulates mandatory queries with regard to the selection of data for internal TRR277 availability, archiving and publication of research data. A standardised naming convention and a TRR277 metadata template, developed with the projects, round off the standardised data management.
A general data management plan and an optional project data management plan are available for information purposes.

In terms of infrastructure, the members of TRR277 have access to the TUM DataTagger, which is a collaborative storage and archiving tool. All research data that supports a publication is published in a TRR277 Zenodo Community.

is Professor at the School of Social Science and Technology ( Department of Educational Sciences) –Technical University of Munich. In her research she focuses on Education and learning Sciences.

She is a doctoral researcher at the Chair of Architectural Informatics at TUM. She is part of the team who is working on the TUM Workbench. She is responsible for conceptualizing and preparing educational tutorials for other researchers to understand and use the data management platform.

is a PhD. Researcher working under the supervision of Prof. Dr.-Ing. André Borrmann and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frank Petzold.
In this capacity, on one hand, he is responsible for the investigation of the design and implementation of Virtual Research Environment (VRE). And the definition of new features in VRE. On the other hand, he is responsible for the investigation of the Data management and publication platform. And the definition of data management policy and plans.
Moreover, he is responsible for the coordination and collaboration and, conducting training sessions and workshops to facilitate the adoption of these platforms in the context of TRR 277.

Dr. Vid Stevanović works at the University Library of the Technical University of Munich. As a data steward, he is responsible for data management strategies and support.
He works on discipline-specific standards, repositories, and research data infrastructure. He is also developing new coaching materials on various topics related to best practices in research data management.
Currently, he is covering for Silke Sturm during her maternity leave.

Silke Sturm works at the University Library of the Technical University of Munich. In her function as Data Steward she is responsible for the Data Management strategies and support. She works on defining discipline-specific standards, repositories and research data infrastructure. Moreover, she develops new coaching material for various topics concerning best practices in research data management.

is head of the Department of Research Data Services at the University Library of the Technical University of Munich. In the TRR, she guides the staff of the I – Information Infrastructure Project. She is responsible for developing and continuing the data strategy in close cooperation with the Board. The strategy focuses on communicating and collaborating with all sub-projects, finding FAIR solutions that support the TRR researchers and their data, and publishing data along with the research articles.
